Job and task analysis are processes that serve as a baseline for accurate, legally defensible job descriptions and training material.

Christine Wagner Consulting, in collaboration with The Ohio State University’s DACUM Program, are expert facilitators of a quick and effective job analysis process utilized internationally in businesses, educational institutions, and government agencies.

As an internationally experienced facilitator, Christine has trained trainers in workforce development around the globe to conduct job analysis and develop training curriculum: from multiple organizations within the the U.S. as well as in countries such as Canada, Korea, Jamaica, Barbados, Mongolia, and Nigeria.

The job analysis process we use is called DACUM (Developing A CurriculUM).  It is a quick and effective method of analyzing jobs and occupations that has been used extensively worldwide.

SCID (Systematic Curriculum and Instructional Development) is a systematic process designed to produce competency-based instructional materials based on job/occupational analysis outcomes from the DACUM process.
